Prospective Students

Welcome to the Berkman Center Cyberlaw Clinic! Throughout the year, HLS students work with us on a variety of real-world litigation, licensing, client counseling, advocacy & legislative projects, covering a broad spectrum of Internet, new technology, child protection, and intellectual property legal issues. There are currently five courses that allow you to enroll in the Cyberlaw Clinic, two in the fall and three in the spring:

You can take the clinic in the fall, spring, or winter terms, regardless of when the substantive course meets. For example, if you take Child Exploitation, Pornography & the Internet in the Spring term, you can work at the Cyberlaw Clinic in the fall, winter, or spring terms.

Enrollment in the Cyberlaw Clinic for the Winter and Spring 2009 terms runs from October 27, 2008 through 5:00 pm EST on October 30, 2008.  Results will be available through MyPlan on Monday, November 3rd.  Details about the Clinic enrollment process can be found at the main HLS Clinical webpage.  NOTE:  Enrollment in The Internet: Issues at the Frontiers seminar and associated clinical placement is by permission of the instructors only.  See the course web page for instructions on applying for admission to the course and related clinical.
